Home Services Theme Installation & Custom Themes
Custom Magento themes designed from scratch in Figma and built on Luma or Hyvä, or marketplace themes installed and configured the right way.
Magento theme development shapes how customers see your brand and how easily your team can change the store later. Many stores run a purchased theme that was edited directly, which breaks on every update. We install and build themes so design changes, Magento upgrades and new features can happen without rework.
For marketplace themes, our Magento theme installation follows the vendor’s instructions and adds a child theme for your customizations. Core and vendor files stay untouched. For custom Magento theme development, we design and build on Luma or on Hyvä, depending on your goals, budget and extensions. See our Hyvä theme development page for the Hyvä option in detail.
Our workflow is AI-assisted and centrally managed. AI tools draft components, check templates against coding standards and run accessibility and performance checks. Frontend engineers review the output, make the design decisions and approve every change before it is merged. You see progress on a staging store throughout the project.
Designing from scratch means we start with your brand and customers: a Figma design and a small design system first, then a theme built for it, so every page, block and component stays consistent.

Theme changes break on every update.
Templates bent into shape instead of designed for you.
Heavy theme scripts push LCP and INP into the red.
Every content change needs a developer.
Each theme is structured so your team can update content, and developers can update code, without fighting each other.
Marketplace themes installed via Composer where possible, with a child theme for every customization.
A theme designed around your brand and products, built on Luma or Hyvä to fit your extension stack.
Shared colors, type, spacing and components, so new pages look consistent without extra design work.
Category, product, cart and checkout pages designed for small screens first, then scaled up.
Semantic markup, keyboard navigation, focus states and contrast checked against WCAG guidelines.
Agreed limits for JavaScript, CSS and image weight, checked on every release before it goes live.
The same four steps on every service, proposal and report.
AI scans versions, extensions, logs and speed. An engineer confirms every finding.
A fixed-price plan ranked by risk. Changes go through staging and code review.
Speed, security and conversion improvements that make the store earn more.
Monthly patching, 24/7 monitoring and a report signed by your engineer.
Anything that stops customers paying is treated as P1, every time.
An approved estimate stays as agreed. If the scope changes, we talk before any extra work starts.
Monthly plans with a written scope and a report of all work done.
Luma is the default Magento frontend and most extensions support it out of the box. Hyvä replaces much of Luma’s frontend JavaScript with a lighter stack, which often makes it easier to reach good performance, but some extensions need Hyvä compatibility modules. We check your extension list during the audit and recommend the option that fits. See our Hyvä theme development page for details.
Yes. To install a Magento theme properly, we follow the vendor’s documentation, install it with Composer where available and create a child theme for your changes. We also check compatibility with your Magento version and extensions on staging first, so the live store is not affected while we configure it.
Yes. We compare your theme and Magento files with the original versions to find every modification. Changes are then moved into a child theme or a custom module, and the original files are restored. This makes future upgrades and security patches far safer to apply.
Yes. We build Page Builder blocks and content types matched to your design system, so your team can create landing pages, banners and content sections without a developer. We document each block and include a short training session at handover.
We agree a performance budget at the start, covering JavaScript, CSS, fonts and images. Each release is checked against it on staging, and AI tools flag regressions for an engineer to review. Optimized images, lazy loading and limited third-party scripts are part of the build.
