These terms apply when you use magebooster.com, our free lessons, the downloadable files and the chat assistant. By using the site you accept them.
1. Who we are
The site is run by WebWorks 101 OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@magebooster.com.
2. Information, not an offer
The pages describe our services and prices. They are an invitation to contact us, not a binding offer. A contract for paid work, such as development, support plans, hosting or migration, starts only with a written quote or agreement that we both accept. That quote or agreement takes priority over these terms. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated.
3. Free lessons and files
Our lessons, guides, commands and files are free to watch and read on our platforms. They are provided “as is”, without warranty. Servers, versions and stores differ, so test every step on a test system first and keep backups. You use the commands at your own risk. What you may do with our content is set out in the Content Policy.
4. Chat assistant
The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about MageBooster and Magento. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional advice or a binding offer. For a firm answer or price, contact us. Do not enter passwords, keys or personal data of others.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to:
- break the law;
- send spam or harmful code;
- try to get into systems you have no access to;
- overload the site with automated requests;
- copy the site’s content, including to train AI models.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
6. Links and third-party products
We link to other websites and write about third-party software such as Magento, Mage-OS, Hyvä, Varnish and extensions. We are not responsible for their content, licences or availability.
7. Liability
For the free content and the site we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and without limit for injury to life, body or health, as far as the law allows. Our liability for paid services is set in the contract for those services.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country. Courts: Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless the law gives you another court.
