Home Services Magento Support & Maintenance
Security patches applied on schedule, upgrades planned ahead of end-of-support dates and 24/7 monitoring, with response times written into your plan.
Skip the form. Our engineers pick up P1 incidents first.
Keeping a Magento store secure takes steady, scheduled work. Since January 2026 Adobe ships isolated security fixes for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source every month instead of every quarter. Each release has to be tested against your extensions and deployed without breaking checkout. Skip a few months and a store falls behind quickly, and every missed release makes the next update larger and riskier to deploy.
Zero-days make the gap dangerous. In September 2026 Adobe published APSB26-146 for CVE-2026-75650, known as StyleSmuggler, an unauthenticated remote code execution flaw in versions 2.4.4 through 2.4.9 that was already being exploited. Stores with a maintenance partner on call patched within hours. Stores without one had to find a developer, check exposure and rotate credentials under pressure while attacks were already underway.
Version support matters too. Standard support for Magento 2.4.6 ended on 11 August 2026. Magento 2.4.9, released on 12 May 2026, is supported until 31 May 2029. Our Magento support services cover patching, upgrades, monitoring and fixes under one plan, with clear response times and a monthly report on everything we did.

Security fixes wait for 'free capacity'.
Hourly billing makes every month different.
Nobody knows your store's history.
Every plan covers the essentials of Magento maintenance. Higher plans add faster response times and more engineering hours each month.
Adobe's monthly isolated security fixes tested on staging and deployed to production on a predictable schedule.
When a critical bulletin like APSB26-146 lands, we assess exposure and apply the hotfix as a priority.
Planned moves to 2.4.9 with PHP, extension and dependency updates, tested before go-live.
Uptime, errors, cron and checkout watched around the clock. AI flags issues, engineers decide the fix.
Plan hours cover fixes, extension updates and minor feature work raised through one queue.
Patches applied, incidents, uptime, work completed and what we recommend for next month.
Business hours, Monday to Friday. Our response times are published, which is rare among Magento agencies.

Monthly plans with a written scope and a report of all work done.
Every month. Adobe moved to monthly isolated security fixes in January 2026, and every plan includes testing and deploying them. When Adobe issues an emergency bulletin, as with APSB26-146 in September 2026, we treat it outside the monthly cycle: we check whether your store is exposed, apply the hotfix and follow the bulletin’s guidance on credentials and keys. You get a short written summary once it is done.
Plan a Magento 2 upgrade now. Standard support for 2.4.6 ended on 11 August 2026, so new features and regular fixes have stopped. Magento 2.4.9, released on 12 May 2026, is supported until 31 May 2029, which gives you the longest runway. Our Magento upgrade service covers PHP, extensions, custom code and full regression testing on staging, with the release scheduled at a quiet time for your store.
Automated checks watch uptime, error logs, cron jobs, checkout and server resources 24/7. AI tooling groups related alerts, filters noise and summarizes likely causes. An engineer then reviews the signal and decides what to do. Nothing gets changed on your production store without a human decision, and every incident appears in your monthly report with the cause and the fix.
Mainly response time and included engineering hours. Care responds within 2 business days, Growth by the next business day and Scale within 4 business hours. All plans include monthly patching, emergency patching, monitoring and monthly reports. We recommend a plan after the free audit, based on your revenue, traffic and how much change you expect. You can move up or down a plan as your needs change.
We do not publish a price list, because the effort depends on your version, extension count, hosting and backlog. After a free store audit you receive a fixed-price proposal for the plan that fits. If your store needs urgent work first, such as overdue patches or a 2.4.6 upgrade, we quote that separately so you can see each cost clearly before anything is signed.
