This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit magebooster.com, contact us or use our free lessons, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to. Write to info@magebooster.com with any privacy question.

Please do not send us passwords, API keys or customer data of your store through forms or the chat. If we need access for a project, we agree a secure way first.
3. Service providers we use
We share data only with providers that help us run the site and our work. They process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
- Hosting: Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. Our server is in a German data centre. Our email server runs on our own infrastructure.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery and protection against attacks. Every request to the site passes through Cloudflare.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement, only after your consent; Google Gemini, which writes the chat assistant’s answers; Google Maps on the contact page; YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode, which load only when you press play.
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- wwidgets.com: our own product, run by us. It shows the cookie banner and small notices on the site.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (Google, Cloudflare, Meta) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our team also works from Türkiye and may see enquiries you send us. Those transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; for cookies, use “Cookie settings” in the footer. Write to info@magebooster.com. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee), or the authority where you live or work.
6. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing. The chat assistant gives information; it does not make offers or decisions.
7. Changes
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
