What is wwidgets?

Most stores use separate tools for pop-ups, sales notifications, coupon bars, email capture and chat. Each one adds a script, a bill and another dashboard. wwidgets puts them in one place: you build a widget, choose when and where it appears, and see what it brings in.

The idea is simple. Show visitors the right message at the moment they are deciding: that someone just bought the same product, that a coupon ends tonight, or that they can ask a question on WhatsApp before they leave.

There are 27 widget types in total. Each one has 9 triggers, such as delay, scroll depth, exit intent and click, plus targeting by page, device and display frequency. A statistics page shows impressions, clicks, form submissions and conversions for every widget.

Which languages does it support?

The wwidgets website and dashboard are available in 6 languages: English, German, Dutch, Turkish, Spanish and French. The texts inside your widgets are your own, so you can write them in any language your customers speak. For multi-language stores, create one widget per language and target it to that language’s pages.

Where it works

If you can add a script tag to your site, wwidgets works there: Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce, Hyvä, Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress, Wix, Webflow or your own code. The pixel loads asynchronously, so it does not hold up your page, and the data is stored on servers in Germany.

How to add it to Magento 2

1. Create a free wwidgets account and add your store as a campaign (your domain without www).
2. Copy your pixel code from the campaign page.
3. In the Magento admin, go to Content › Design › Configuration, open your store view, and paste the code into HTML Head › Scripts and Style Sheets. Save and flush the cache.
4. Create your first widget, for example a recent sales notification or an exit-intent coupon, and set its triggers.
5. Open your store in a private window to check it, then follow the results on the statistics page.

The same line works on Hyvä stores, because it does not depend on RequireJS or jQuery. On Shopify the code goes into theme.liquid right above the closing head tag, and on WordPress or WooCommerce into the header area of a code plugin such as WPCode.
